The Montreal Esprit Triathlon is proud to be associated with L’Association Pulmonaire du Québec. We will host a Sprint Relay Triathlon with a starting time of 15h30. Teams of three people - a swimmer (750 m) a cyclist (20Km) and a runner (5Km) - will compete to raise funds for L’Association Pulmonaire du Québec.
