Enclosed is a map of the new “TRIATHLETE VILLAGE” where
our EXPO
will be held. In our 28th year, we have the most spectator friendly
course in the sport of triathlon. You will notice the PUBLIC AREA
is where all facets of the triathlon day will take place; including
the EXPO. You will select your Expo location, first come first served,
on your application.
With over 2200 participants in 2012, this is the year for you to
become involved as an active player with the triathlon in Montreal.
We have five (5) different races on Saturday, September 8, 2012.
This will be the most effective EXPO/ PROMOTIONAL possibility of
the summer.
Enclosed is information for both exhibiting at the Festival or supplying
your promotional material for inserting into the Race Kits of all
of the athletes. Please note that the expo is outside! You must bring
your own tent, we will supply you with 2 cement blocks to anchor your tent, and if available, a table if you do not have
one and 2 chairs.

You are free to open your booth at any time after 5:00 AM. However,
due to the Esprit and Demi Esprit triathletes on the bike course
the latest you may arrive is 9:00 AM.

2. Utilities:
You will have access to electricity. You should make arrangements
with us in
advance so that we know any special needs that you may have.
3. Space
Assignment: You will be placed in an eara appropriate for the work you will be doing at the EXPO. The Expo is outside!!!.
4. Food
and Beverages: No food or beverages are permitted for sale unless
written permission is given by the ESPRIT TRIATHLON and Parc Jean-Drapeau(PJD). No alcoholic beverages may be
sold without permission/permit from the SAQ, PJD and the ESPRIT TRIATHLON.
