SWIM:	There will be water and Gatorade immediately as you exit the swim.
BIKE:	For the bike segment, you will be completing a 4.4 km loop 4 times. Just past the Hair Pin Turn on the right hand side, we will have our "pits area". The "PITS"is the aid station with bottled water. Washrooms, bike mechanic, massage and medical personnel are also in this area.
RUN:	As you run your lap of the Olympic Basin there are 3 aid stations.
