Registration
Registration should always be done as early as possible. You must
register online from this website. Registering early will guarantee
you a spot on the starting line and a race t-shirt in the correct
size.
Late Race Registration
Online registration will close on Sunday,
September 6th at 6:00 PM. If spots are available in your race,
you may register at the race site, the Olympic Rowing Basin, on
Friday, September 11th between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. You may also
register the morning of the race but it is not advised and the
cost is substancially increased. Please note that there is no
guarantee of a race t-shirt for late registrants.
Race Packet Pick Up
On Friday, September 11th, between 3:00
PM and 7:00 PM we have race packet pick up for those pre registered
triathletes. It is advisable, if possible, to get your packet
at this time. You will have a chance to attend the race meeting,
visit our Expo, check out the race site and, above all, make sure
everything in your race bag is correct. If you are unable to arrive
on Friday, you may pick up your race packet on Saturday but please
arrive at least 2 hours before your wave start time.
TRIATHLETE - COURSE INFORMATION MEETING
During Race Registration there will be a
triathlete information meeting at 5:00 PM at the stage in the
athletes' village.
Make sure you have your triathlon card at registration
if you are a member of TQ or OAT.
General Registration Information:
1- If you need a "Special Needs" bag ask for one at
registration. SPECIAL NEEDS BAGS are for any special needs (i.e.
Power Bars, gel, sandwiches, etc...) that you want given to you
during the bike or run. Before the race, pass this bag to the
volunteers at the Special Needs table located in the transition
zone. Do not put anything in this bag that you want back after
the race.
2- There will be no bike inspection as you are responsible for
the safety of your own bicycle. Mechanics from MARTIN'S SWISS
CYCLE will be on hand at registration to help you with any minor
repairs or adjustments which you may need.
3- The "CHAMPION CHIP" computer timing system, which
we will be using, has worked perfectly on our course It is always
good for your peace of mind to be able to verify your position
on the course with your own computer. If you do not have a cycle
computer we highly recommend that you get one.
4- There will be a bin at your position in the transition area.
You should arrange your bin so that heavy sweats are on the bottom
(if you have any), your running gear in the middle and your cycling
equipment on top.
