LOCATION
Late Registration and Race Packet Pick Up will take place at the OLYMPIC BASIN on Friday, September 9th. Registration is from 15:00 to 19:00.
MEDICAL INFORMATION
You will find a medical questionnaire on the back of your race bib. You must complete this questionnaire for your own safety. Medical supervision will be evident throughout the race. The medical staff has the right to stop any participant during the triathlon or to disqualify an athlete for his own safety. However, please remember that if a medic stops you or if you receive medical attention on the course, this does not necessarily mean that you are disqualified. We will have numerous physiotherapists, nurses and doctors circling the course. The main medical area will be situated near the finish line. Massages will be available near the medical area after the race.
CATEGORIES
Each triathlete must register in an age group category according to their age on December 31th, 2011. There will be awards for the top 3 finishers in each age group. Note: The top overall finisher in the Esprit Ironman Distance event, men and women, will not be eligible for age group awards.

FEE STRUCTUREFEE STRUCTURE
The following fees will apply for 2011: Individual CDN $345 / US $345 (all taxes are included)	INSURANCE All non members of Triathlon Quebec (TQ) and all non Quebec residents must pay a one day TQ fee of CDN / US$12. All Triathlon Relay Team TQ fee is CDN $15 / US $15 for the team. The Duathlon Relay TQ fees is CDN/US 10$
REFUND POLICY
A 75 % refund will be given until August 22nd. From August 23rd until September 2nd, a 50 % credit will be issued for the following year. After September 2nd, no refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances.
